The entrance to the house is on the upper level , where you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (shower cubicle + washbasin + WC).

On the intermediate level , you have a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom (bathtub + shower cubicle + bidet + washbasin + WC) en suite, and another air-conditioned double bedroom.

On the mezzanine floor, there is a separate toilet with sink, WC, as well as the washing machine and the water heater.

On the lower level, you have:
   - a large air-conditioned living / dining room with table and chairs, 2 sofas, armchair, 40' TV, Netflix, music device, games, books...
   - a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, Italian coffee maker.
   - a storage room with vacuum cleaner, folding dryer, broom, dustpan, etc...

The living room opens onto a 30 m2 semi-covered terracewith extendable dining table and chairs, outdoor garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue; from this terrace you enjoy superb views of the sea and the surrounding hills.

A cot, high chair and changing pad are available on request.

The house is equipped with a free WiFi internet connection (300mbps fiber) and free access to Netflix.

We provide sheets and towels for the interior. You will need to take your beach or pool towels.

The urbanization has 2 swimming pools accessible with a key: one overflowing panoramic, with lifeguard present during the day, open in summer, from 15/6 to 15/9, (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance); and another open all year round (closed on Mondays for maintenance).
You have parking spaces in front of the house, as well as 2 private spaces in a closed garage located 100 meters away.
A car is recommended. It is possible to go down to the beach or to Almuñecar on foot, but the slope is steep and therefore the return more difficult!

Almuñecar has many varied beaches, an Arab fortress, a very nice old town with pedestrian streets full of shops and small restaurants...
We are 1 hour from Granada and its Alhambra, 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, 1 hour from Malaga (Picasso museum, Thyssen museum, contemporary art center, Pompidou center, Alcazaba, cathedral, Roman theater), and the airport.
For diving enthusiasts, there are several clubs or schools and the underwater landscapes are magnificent on the Tropical Coast.
Almuñecar enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 17.6°C! With its semi-tropical climate, protected by the mountains all around, abound the cultures of mango trees, avocado trees, cherimoyas, loquats.

- cave villages in Guadix, north of Granada;
Province of Malaga:
- the sumptuous caves + beaches of Nerja on the coast between Motril and Malaga;
- the very beautiful village of Frigiliana near Nerja;
- the region of La Axarquia;
- magnificent city of Ronda;
- the museums of Malaga;
Province of Almeria:
- the Cabo de Gata to the east of Almeria: volcanic natural park by the sea with superb beaches;
